Diet Tips

I thought I would put together some of my favourite diet tricks as a way to share what I’ve learned and also remind myself of the things that have worked for me in the past.

1.  Yogurt

2.  Cutting the asparatame out

3.  Two a day workouts

4.  Watching the sodium

5.  Not eating anything 3 hours before bed

6.  If a night time snack is required - limiting it to either grapefruit or grapes

7.  Making sure I have enough fibre

8.  Watching the carb intake

7.  Eating less meat and incorporating more beans and lentils into my diet
