What goes down..

Must come up! Or at least that is how it works for me.  Today’s weigh in 174.8 lbs. (up 2.8 lbs)

I know.. really bad.  I am quite upset, but at the same time I haven’t really done much about it. Its really quite bad what has happened over the last week

Monday - 172
Tuesday - 172.6
Wednesday - 173.6
Thursday - 174.8
Friday - 175.8
Satuday - 177.0
Sunday - 175.8
Monday - 174.8
Today - 174.8

I really don’t have any good excuses or reasons, just that I ate badly and didn’t exercise.  So back to the grind. I was expecting a drop today, but no such luck.  So I have to get in my workouts and eat better.  That is it.

There are multiple things causing me stress.. and as a result my skin is a BIG mess. Which creates more stress.  It’s just a vicious cycle.  At least it is still the week, and there are no said plans for this weekend.  Last weekend was one plan after the other. We went to 3 birthday parties!

Hope all is well on your side and that the servers continue to work.

  4. Fat Pants, I guess you could look at it that way.. I prefer not to think that I gained 5lbs in less than a week!

  5. sorry to hear about the skin flare-ups. my hives have been totally under control since i took the antibiotics for the stomach ulcer. i get a few here and there but nothing to complain about at all.

    great comment by fat pants…you’re back on your way down. try to keep the weight in that direction. :)
