Halloween Recap
I stayed the same - 173.6 lbs. So that is good news. I haven’t even seen what candies the girls got yet so that might change by tomorrow.
So yesterday, my sister came over, she gave out candy at my place and I took the girls out. We were back in ten minutes because poor little Safi was having such a hard time with all the stairs leading up to houses in our neighbourhood with her long princess dress on.
So around 7:45pm we went to a friend’s place whose neighbourhood is a little more Safi friendly, and then we went to my BIL place to visit since he lives close to my friend. On the way back, I decided I wanted to check out this haunted house thing that a person in the neighbourhood next to mine puts on. Last year we drove by really late and got a little creeped out when there was a weird clown standing outside and there was eerie music. That time there was nobody around so we were like.. lets skip it.. but this time it wasn’t that late and there were lots of people. With the girls sleeping, we could only go in one at a time, so I went first.
It was pretty scary, but I kept laughing instead of screaming so that I wouldn’t get too scared. My sister went in after me and she said she wanted to turn around and leave after the first minute but they wouldn’t let her turn around so she had to keep going. She was back in five minutes so I’m sure she ran through it!
After that we went home and it was enough to bring sleeping little princesses inside and change them out of their costumes that I didn’t go back and get their candy bags from the trunk.
I ate lots of candy. LOTS! But I didn’t eat much of anything else. So I figure it all evened out!
Here is a picture of the girls in front of our place.
