Day 2

Well, I’m off to a good start.  I weigh the same as yesterday.  After posting here yesterday I was so good.  I even exercised a bit.. a short bit, as I was interrupted, but at least it was a start.  I find starting the hardest part.  Today I want to exercise for 30 mins, stay on plan and continue putting my creams/sprays on.  I’ve noticed a difference in my skin by putting on my meds for three days now.

It’s funny how when you start wanting to fix one thing in your life, it has a spill over effect to the aspects of your life.

  2. Starting is the hardest part for me, too. BUT I have yet to say “gee I wish I hadn’t waste 30 minutes running just now!” whenever I’m done. :D

    Glad the medication is working… I’m having a lot of problems with my skin right now, too. It sucks. :(

  3. Beerab, not yet.. I start on October 5th.

    As for the meds, I just have to be very consistent about applying them and then I find I get decent results, add in a gluten free diet and I should be back to normal in ten days.

    Fat Pants, so true about not regretting exercise, ever.. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get into the mentality to do it though?

    Hope you feel better soon too.. I am sure your recently arrived winter weather is not helping.
