On to the next goal

Yesterday I was 171.  That is so so close to 170.  Which is close to 169.9, which is where I want to go next.

I was thinking about it, but now I can make my mini goals as small as I want.  And get excited every step of the way.  So here is how it’s going to go:

169.9 - finally in the 160s!!! - September 8th
168.0 - 45 lbs lost!! - September 14th
163.0 - 50 lbs lost!!!! - September 30th
159.9 - in the 150s!! - October 12th

That’s the plan for now.  Can I do it, sure I can… as long as I put in the work.  I am so pumped to be exiting the 70s after so long.. more than 4 months!

    I have goals set up for myself, while they are very ambitious I feel it’ll keep me motivated :)

  2. yes you can definitely make them as small or as big as you want! My next focus is 163 so I’m hoping to hit that within the next two weeks… gotta get rid of these gray hairs! ;)
