Steady

Okay so I didn’t lose this week.  I am actually shocked.  I was down to 174.6 lbs.  on Sunday but today I am 175.6 again.  I’m a little upset but I’ve increased my activity quite significantly this week so it’s bound to go down in the near future again.   On Saturday I danced with the kids and did Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred.

Yesterday I got my bike back and went for a small bike ride, did the 30DS and walked about 4km.

So my body has no choice.. the scale will have to show the results.

This is so on!!

    My sister has the 30DS with her- in the meantime I’m using hubby’s bowflex, and yeah I won’t lie I’m like how do I use this thing! lol. I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it eventually…

  2. Yes, exactly…trust the process! Even though the scale shows just one part of the picture, the truth is, if you stick with it the weight WILL come off. The body has no choice but to let it go!

    Hope you like 30DS. I also have that DVD..it’s a butt-kicker!

  3. You’re right. Just keep on keeping on and the weight will start coming off again. :)
