I’m not feeling so chatty so I’ll just let you all know that my weigh in was at 193.2 lbs which brings me to almost 20 pounds. You’d think I should be more excited.. finally breaking the stall.. getting to a mini goal.. but no.. I feel like this is two weeks overdue.

This is a really good article that I found with tips on losing weight.
