You Tube is My New Best Friend

So I was thinking I really really need to step up the exercise.. if you look at my exercise log, you can see the activity there was getting kinda sparse. Part of my problem is that I was really getting sick of the 30 Day Shred. It’s great an all and I had great results at the beginning, but I’m bored of it. So I was looking around for a new DVD and I decided to go on You Tube to see whether I could find something.

I found the whole program for Walk Away the Pounds - 2 Miles… all 30 minutes! I’ve done it twice now.. and yesterday I went for my Aquafit class, so that has me at 100 extra minutes of exercise since the last time I posted! I am going to keep looking for new programs and see which one I like and then I know when I buy it that I will do it.
