Another Unlikely Partner
So it was my last day of Phase I.. It went horribly.. I didn’t drink enough water.. I didn’t exercise… I ate okay until dinner time.. then I had an egg salad sandwich and half a cookie.. totally not allowed..
My daughter has been doing the exercise videos with me.. we usually do them when my husband is busy or is at work. I told her they are only for the girls because I’m too embarrassed to do them in front of my husband. I am HORRIBLY uncoordinated and I think he would laugh at me if he ever saw me trying to move to those videos. Anyway, it seems like she really enjoys them.. because the first thing she told my husband when he walked in the door is that we didn’t do our exercises today! I was laughing so hard because of how cute that was.. I need the encouragement.. I just wasn’t expected it from her.
