Phase I Done!
So today is the last day of Phase I of my Fat Smash diet. I’m so happy to report that I’ve lost 9 pounds!!! Wohoo.. I’m 201 today… I can’t wait to get out of the 200s.. to me that 200 pound mark is one that for the longest time I was so upset about crossing.. I can’t believe I let myself get so comfortable there for the last 6 months. So this is my promise to myself… NEVER to go there again!
One of my achievements for the last 9 days has been the exercise. I was having a hard time incorporating it into my lifestyle.. with the two kids at home all day, and the weather not really co-operating, I was having a hard time getting out every day. Well now, for the days I can’t get out I’ve started using exercise programs at home. I found one on my ON demand cable.. I had to pay 99 cents, but seriously.. that’s nothing compared to a gym membership. And it lasts for three days.. so at 33 cents a workout, I think I’m worth it!
So moving forward.. my goals are to improve my water intake to 8 glasses a day and exercise every day, whether I go for a walk or do the exercise video.

Exercise is awesome. I say it all of the time. I was one who never liked it, and now I don’t ever want to be without it. I’m not too hardcore and I’ve slowed down some but I still do it atleast 4 times a week. Keep up the good work.
