Cheater Cheater Pumpkin Eater..
Seriously.. what was the guy thinking when he wrote that one… its more like cheater, cheater, chocolate eater! Who in there right mind would cheat by eating pumpkin? Maybe french fries..
So lets start with Sunday.. still not as much exercise as I would like, but food wise not so bad.. in fact if anything I think I didn’t eat enough..
B - skipped
L - bean salad and yogurt
S - green salad
D - more bean salad and green salad
At this point I had a total melt down and was really grumpy. I hadn’t had any carbs and I was pissed off..
S - oatmeal with yogurt, strawberries and blueberries
this helped and I went to bed a lot happier…
Water: 5 cups
Then yesterday… yesterday was not so hot.. I didn’t exercise at all.. and I had some chocolate. More because I was angry - I guess this is what we call self sabotage. It sucks. You don’t even enjoy the chocolate.
So to break it down..
B - oatmeal with yogurt, strawberries and blueberries
L - rice pasta with tomato and mushroom sauce
D - daal (lentils), vegetables, and salad
S - banana
S - spaghetti squash with mushroom sauce
S - 6 chocolate covered almonds and 5 ritz cheese cracker sandwiches
Water: 4 cups
Now I know its not really the end of the world eating what I did.. but it was more the way it happened. I don’t want that to happen again.
