		<description>I am trying very hard to work on my portions this week which explains the small amounts of veggies and fruit. I knew that I would start feeling hungry toward dinner time so I tried drinking huge glasses of water. This is working very well for me. Also, I got some sugar free gum so I chew on that if I feel really hungry. 
Watched Dr.Oz on Oprah and he was talking about the importance of flaxseed in a diet as it contains allot of Omega-3. But, he said that you only get the real benefits from it if you grind it or chew on it. So i just grind a little and sprinkle it on salads, cereal etc.</description>
