The article about the peanut butter was very interesting and made allot of sense, also makes me feel heaps better the next time I grab the peanut butter! 
I will look out for the 64 cal beer, sounds like a treat! Not sure if they will sell it here in Norway but I know there are allot of light versions to choose from.
Moderation is definitely the key!</description>

		<description>I know just what you mean. But is it a crime to want to go out and have a good time and a few drinks with friends? I guess it is when you are trying to LOSE weight. Beer has sooo many calories, and not to mention the snacks we want to eat afterward. But you know what, it would be a problem if you did it every week. Just this one time will not be so bad. You have already made up your mind that you don't want to let it happen again. But once you reach your goal, and you are in maintenence. Having beers with friends now and again won't be so bad. You just have to know your limitations. Anything is okay in MODERATION. thats the key word Moderation. Like once or maybe twice a month or something like that. But you will be fine. I know you will work hard to redeem yourself. I'm sure you had some extra calorie allowances stored up anyway. You'll lose come Sunday, wait and see! :)</description>

		<description>Booze is my enemy as well, it is just a fact: I'm all about the munchies when I drink. I've really had to control my alcohol intake in order to control my eating. And sometimes that just isn't fun because I WANT to have a drink when everyone else is! There is no easy answer to that one, it is just something I continue to struggle with. Maybe over time we'll be able to have a drink without wanting to eating everything in sight!

By the way, 2 TBS of peanut butter is a great thing to have now and again. I have natural peanut butter almost every day in fact. And if you google it, you'll find lots of articles like this one (http://weightloss.about.com/od/eatsmart/a/blppp.htm) about how having a serving of peanut butter every day actually HELPS with weight loss. :)</description>
