Great job on not letting your sweet tooth get out of hand! I really enjoy spearmint gum, it's very convenient for those times when I just need to something to chew.

Yeah, when I need something sweet or when I'm starving & dinner's a dangerous & fattening snack attack away, I usually have about a tbs of peanut butter...it's calorie rich, but calorie rich isn't always bad. On the one hand, you're exercising to burn away the calories, but on the other, you'd never be able to exercise without that fuel. So if you gotta eat, healthy & satisfying is the way to go.

Okay, so this really is weird...we both moved last week & today I got on my bike for the first time in over 2 years. Hope your first ride went well!

Thanks for the tip!
Here in Norway they aren't that big on Peanut butter at all. There is only one brand and they only keep two types ... smooth and crunchy. In tiny bottles. My fiance hates it and so do all of his friends. But I just love it!

My fav is Skippy peanut butter. Haven't had that in years...

I absolutely LOVE peanut butter too! I have found that some peanut butter manufacturers add unhealthy oil and sugar. I bought an all natural peanut butter that is just peanuts and salt and it is delicious. The calories from peanuts, as long as there is no added oil, are pretty healthy for you. Lots of protein too. Don't worry, it sounds like you did well. Great job controlling yourself!
