B - Oats with lf milk + glass of water

L - Apple. 1 slice ww bread mackerel in tomatoe sauce. 1 slice c liver pate and other half of the slice with chicken cream cheese had sundried tomatoe. 1 portion of strawberry yoghurt mixed with natural yoghurt

S - Coffee and loads of water after lunch.

D - Banana. 1 slice ww chicken cream cheese, slice smoked turkey & sundried. 1 glass lf milk and 1 portion mixed yoghurt (same as lunch)
