B - Oats with cinamon and a glass of water
L - Fruit salad: 2 kiwis + banana with 2tblsp berry yoghurt
S - 1/2 dried apricot. 1 glass lf milk with cinnamon and a banana.
D - Vegetable soup, 1 whole wheat crisp bread with chicken creamed cheese, 1 tblsp fruit + nuts mix.
