B - Oats. Loads of water, didn’t really measure. Also had about 2 tall glasses at gym.
L - 2 slices whole wheat bread. 1 chicken liver pate 1 chicken cream cheese and both had sundried tomoatoe. 1tblsp fruit and nuts mix. 1 portion vanilla and forest berry yoghurt.
S - coffee
D - 4 grilled sticks with chicken, peppers, onions, mushroom, dried apricot and pineapple and a serving of whole wheat pasta salad with spinach, sundried tomatoe, olives, and handful of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. 1 glass of red wine. 2 glasses water.
