Felt really good yesterday. Ate all the right food and remembered my portions plus I had loads of water. I went for a 75 min cycling class in the evening, which was tough but I know why I am doing this so it is worth it!
This morning I went to gym and did 15 min on the treadmill and 10 min rowing then some weights. Also have an evening cycling class scheduled this afternoon. For breakfast I had my oats and I am continuing to drink my water.
B - Oats
L- 2 slices whole wheat bread one with lf cheese & other with mackrel. Also tried a low sugar rasberry jam on half of one of the breads.
S- Banana & orange
D - 2 slices bread with lf cheese & sun dried tomatoes, an apple, handful of nuts and yoghurt
Did a 45 min cycle class before dinner. I can feel my body getting stronger.
