Check out Cooking Light to find some healthy recipes to prepare for yourself. Don't under eat and throw your body out of whack...remember protein like egg whites, non-fat plain yogurt, and veggie burgers are good choices. I eat oat bran and fruit for breakfast every morning. I love to cook and I still do, but now it's with health & nutrition in mind. No more comfort food that was full of fat, carbs, and calories! If I'm sounding like I've been there, done that, you are right. Over 3 years ago I made a lifestyle change and began eating well-balanced meals and started an exercise program. I was very consistent with both and my weight went down from 233lbs. to 115lbs. You can do it also!! Good luck and don't forget to check out Cooking Light...you'll be happy you did!!

I'm feeling tired with a headache too! I, also, didn't go to the gym this morning because of it. Hmph. :( Hope you feel better, anyhow.
