Take a walk.

Brush my teeth.

Go for coffee with a friend.

Take a bubble bath or shower.

Play WII.

For “trigger” foods, say to yourself, “(Whatever is the problem food) does not exist for me.” You have a whole universe of foods you can pick from. This stuff is just not in it.
