		<description>It was this 'cleanse' that I wanted to do. It didn't last long, because I just can't restrict without it leading to binge eating.

The reason why I felt I needed to do the cleanse is because I felt desperate. I guess you could say that I had reached the bottom with binge eating, and I felt like no matter what I did, I might never be successful. I thought the cleanse might kick start my journey. It kind of did.

Now that I'm well on my way with healthy eating rather then restricting, I would never go back.</description>
