Here is where i will be talking about the ups and downs of my weight loss journey. i feel like i’ve been building up to this time for two years now. It’s been a long frustrating road. i am finally at the place where i feel like it’s all come together, the exercise is enjoyable, the portion size is getting right and the health of my food has improved one hundred percent. i’ve been exercising for about three weeks now and i’ve lost a couple of pounds.
Besides the weight loss factor, i just feel really good. my depression is much improved. my heart is stronger, my legs are stronger, my energy level is good, i feel like moving around more even when i’m at home. The stairs are easier to climb, except for my knees which still give me fits. i can walk anywhere without breathing hard.
i have a long way to go before i consider myself in excellent shape but i am well on my way to better fitness already.
