Goals :)

Long Term Goals:

Drink more water.

Workout everyday.

Take the stairs more.

Eat healthier.

lose 75 pounds.

Mini Goals:

Get under 210 pounds by my 21st birthday - Didn’t achieve.

Lose 38 pounds by September 3rd.

Be able to fit into my Junior Size 15 Jeans, without leaving that god awful button red marks on my stomach.

Fit into my 8th grade graduation dress. Halter top size 18 which has gotten a little to tight for me to wear in public.

Be able to wear a dress to my friends wedding in November.

Exercise goals

3 Sets of 20 normal pushups

30 straight days of 30 day shred

Run a mile in under 13 minutes
