Weighed myself today and am 227.4 Everyday this week I have been down except one where I gained but thats because I binged the night before. Still having to tell myself I cant do that anymore. and If I cant help it, it has to be something healthy. I’m loving the apples my mom got me I have been craving them a lot! which is a wonderful thing imo. My goals for today was to drink 2 glasses of water and do my Pilates dvd and so far I’ve drank 1 glass of water but I havent done anything else yet. but I have only been awake for 3 hours >.< I can update after I do a few more things.
