December 2nd, 2008

  • Workout 4 days this week.
  • Spend less tan $50 on groceries.
  • Move on to Level 3 on the 30DS.
  • Finish cleaning apartment.
  • Exclude cheese for one week.

  • Eat sensibly this Thanksgiving Weekend.
  • Walk EVERYWHERE.
  • Increase speed during runs.
  • Blog when feeling sad / wanting to give up.
  • Run up the hill. FAIL!

  • Try to sleep 7-8 hours STRAIGHT.
  • Clean the apartment whilst burning calories.
  • Start Week 2 for C25K and do ENTIRE run.
  • Do entire plank exercise.
  • No naps. FAIL!

  • Eat a lot of whole vs. processed foods. 50/50 on this one
  • Learn a new recipe. FAIL!
  • Walk A LOT in Vegas. kinda…
  • Work out 6 days this week. FAIL!

  • Eat until I’m full when in Vegas.
  • Eat a lot of whole vs. processed foods.
  • Learn a new recipe.
  • Walk A LOT in Vegas.
  • Work out 6 days this week.

  • Try not to eat a lot of refined sugar (with the exception of Halloween night ;p) FAIL!
  • Push harder during the workouts, especially during the lunges portion.
  • Don’t let the stress and bummed-ness get to me.
  • Cut down on the brown rice. FAIL!
  • Complete Slim In 6.
