Sooo.. Cozy.

The cold weather is winning. I am powerless against the toastiness. Who can blame me? We’ve been having a heat wave in So Cal for the past couple weeks.
I tried going running today. Tried being the operative word. Ran for about 1 minute, then my ears started getting cold and sore. So ran home because I wasn’t about to get sick. I could do 30DS, but I choose vegging out on the couch.
At least I’m honest

at least you are honest AND you did a mile! I know what you mean about cold. The equipment I should be using to workout is in the garage. brrrrrrrrrrrrr. Hmm. Gotta get a new plan! =) Delita
