I’ve been doing 30DS since November, and my body isn’t as challenged as it used to. I’ve decided to do a second round of Slim in 6 🙂 I did the Start It Up level for the last 2 days and it’s way easier this time around than when I did it in September. I’m moving on to Ramp It Up on Monday.
When I finished the first round of Si6, my ass (pardon my language ;)) was hard as a rock. I don’t get much glute workouts with 30DS. By the time I’m finished, I’ll be able to try Jillian’s new workout DVDs. She has 3 coming out in February :).
I haven’t done my good things segment in awhile. So here it is:
Good things: I’ve grown a liking to plain non fat yogurt. I used to hate it. I hated that it was so sour. Now, I love it. I think flavored yogurts are now too sweet.
