Did my morning routine as usual. The workout wasn’t so good today. I felt really tired halfway through, and I didn’t push it as hard as I usually do. It could be a dozen of reasons. Here’s what I came up with:

  1. Didn’t eat enough yesterday.
  2. PMS.
  3. Dehydration.

I weighed in yesterday and I lost more inches – 1″ on my chest (under), 1/2″ on my chest (over), and 1″ on my waist, but no pounds. I’m still stuck at 164 :/ I’ve been hovering over this weight for the past 3 weeks. I guess I need to change up my food choices a bit. Or maybe my muscles need a rest. This trip to the Bay Area will hopefully do me some good.

This morning for breakfast, I had something slightly different. Usually I have some Chobani greek yogurt with a english muffin and 1 egg. This morning I added some bacon, tomato, and avocado. Nomnomnom. Twas yummy.
