- Eat sensibly this Thanksgiving Weekend.
- Walk EVERYWHERE.
- Increase speed during runs.
- Blog when feeling sad / wanting to give up.
- Run up the hill.
Last Week’s Goals review
- Try to sleep 7-8 hours STRAIGHT.
- Clean the apartment whilst burning calories.
- Start Week 2 for C25K and do ENTIRE run.
- Do entire plank exercise.
- No naps. FAIL!
