Boo Subway.

My calves are still hurting, but not as bad as yesterday. I’m going to take a break from running until next week. I need to let those muscles recover. I did do the 30DS and had a 30 minute walk so all is not lost.

Foodwise, however, not so good. On our way home from our walk, my boyfriend suggested we try Subway’s breakfast subs. So I caved and ordered a western omelet sub. Got home, checked the nutritional information and it is just not good. Check it out.

YIKES! Bad, bad, bad. It wasn’t even that good. I should’ve just made one at home. :( Lesson learned…

    Ahh give yourself a break it could have been much worse…28 grams of protein is pretty substantial. As long as you don’t have on every day you should be fine.
