11/17 Weekly Health Goals

November 18th, 2008

  • Try to sleep 7-8 hours STRAIGHT.
  • Clean the apartment whilst burning calories.
  • Start Week 2 for C25K and do ENTIRE run.
  • Do entire plank exercise.
  • No naps.
