Inches vs. Pounds.

So the scale didn’t budge this week. Still at 164 BUT I did lose a lot of inches :D Woooooooo. I lost 1/2″ on my chest, 2″ on my “pooch” area”, and 1″ on my hips so I’m pretty stoked! I really hate the scale. I weigh myself every morning, but I only count Sunday morning weigh-ins officially. Yesterday, I swear I weighed in at 163 and today it’s back to 164. It’s okay… I lost inches and that’s more important to me.

The 20-somethings support group at the 3FC forums are having this Biggest Loser Challenge and I want to join. I sent a PM to the girl running this whole thing and I hope it’s not too late. I kind of signed up late as the challenge begins tomorrow. I think it sounds pretty fun and plus you have to be held accountable and all that jazz. I’m not a “big loser” though when it comes to the poundage so I hope my teammates won’t hate me if I can only lose a pound or less a week. Also, the week in the bay is going to shake things up a bit. Major eating fest when I go there. *sigh*
