I worked out today - Day 29 on Slim in 6. I’m still having trouble with those darn stationary lunges. It kills. Seriously. I can get through the entire Slim and 6-pack without taking any breaks, including the fast portions. I remember when I couldn’t even get through one segment.

Good things: my arms are noticeably thinner, my pooch is slowly but surely shrinking, my ankles were sweating during my workout (weird, but true).

My food intake lately has been okay. I’m down to my remaining dollars this month so I am scrimping on the veggies. I only have onions and garlic left. I’ll be sure to stock up on frozen and canned veggies next month for times just like this. 

Next week is my last week on Slim In 6. I’m planning to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I also got this new Kundalini yoga DVD that I want to try.
