EXERCISE DRAMA!!!

So I started February out exercising! Three whole days in a row until PMS knocked me off my adrenaline high! Ugh…. So tomorrow is the eighth and I am determined to get right back up. I prefer the elliptical for now. So tomorrow I vow to get right back on my elliptical and break this exercise phobia once and for all. I felt so positive and determined the days I did exercise. I usually don’t have a menses, so how nuts is it that the first time I almost maintain some consistency exercising I start a cycle…. I would say fml, but I am determined to stay in a positive state of mind. It is not how many times you get knocked down that determines who you are, it is how many times you get up….

I am starting this blog on the last day of the first month of the year 2012. I made it through my first month and actually have had success and lost over 14 lbs. ! This is a major accomplishment for me, as I NEVER make it past a week dieting. I always start on a Monday or the first of the month. Well this time I started on A Tuesday and It was the third! I started out eating normally but in moderation. That lasted about a week and a half and then I became interested in calorie counting. So far so good. I like the accountability. Smart phones make it so easy to count calories with all the cool apps. that have large data bases. I am using Lose it! So far so good.
Okay that was the good now I will touch on the bad. I have not worked out one time yet. I am not sure what my mental block has been with working out, and I know it is not helping in my weight loss efforts to not work out. So , hopefully the next time I post I will have good news and a breakthrough!
