ETA–When I started this blog 2 years ago I weighed in at 240. At least I’m consistent.
I’m about to eat breakfast and go to the grocery store.
I have been on this roller coaster my entire life and I am so ready to get off. I am so tired of lying to myself and letting me down. Starting Sept 1st I will try to conquer this beast again. I plan to post at least 1x/wk. We’ll see how that goes.
