The past two days have been good. I exercised again this morning. 20 minutes on the elliptical. It was hard but I felt good afterwards. I will exercise again on Saturday. I exercised. 30 minutes. Stability ball with 5lb weights. Chest press, Pec flyes, Upright rows, Seated rows, Shoulder press, Lateral raises, Bicep curl, Hammer curl, Tricep pushdown, Tricep kickback, Push ups, and abs.
