So I lost 3.2 lbs in the month of January. Based on what I ate which wasn’t the best most of the time and the amount of exercise I was happy with that. I hope to lose 5 lbs in the month of February. I started the fruit/veggie cleanse yesterday. Day 1 went well. A coworker told me the one she did allowed 4 oz of meat each day. My goal is to not eat any meat. I will make sure I get some protein in though. My two cheats are green tea with organic honey. Otherwise it is all fruit and veggies. Here is what I had yesterday.
Day 1–2/2/10
BF–blueberry *pineapple* smoothie, orange*, green tea* with organic honey*
S–green bell pepper and hummus*
L–salad (spinach*,mushrooms,cucumber,tomato*,black beans*) and barely ate some grapes
S–raspberries*
D–mashed sweet potato* and asparagus*
I got some superfoods in there too. I gotta go and get ready for work. I will come back and mark the superfoods later. I will continue to do that on a daily basis.
The superfoods will be marked with * from now on.
