Every year I seem to return and say it will be different.  I started the year at 242.2 and I will weigh in again on February 1st.  Intuitive eating is still working. Binging hasn’t been an issue *crosses fingers*. Thinking of doing a fruit/veggie cleanse starting on the first and will try to focus on Superfoods.  Will plan to post daily during the cleanse.  Not sure how long the cleanse will be.  I want to do some research first.
