As usual I need to check in here more.  Since the last time I posted I have lost an additional 4.6 lbs.  What’s been working? Intuitive eating and staying off the scale! I’m thinking of joinging an exercise challenge on one the forums I am addicted to.  They have a lot of exercise challenges–C25K, Chalean Extreme, Jillian Michaels, The Firm, Turbo Jam, Insanity, and WATP.  Right now WATP is right up my alley.  I only have one WATP–Walk & Jog so I will definitely need to get more because I get bored.  I think my supervisor has my Walk & Kick but I don’t care I will just get more dvds.  Off to see what is available.
