Things are going well.  I have been on the scale too many times so I am working on that.  Food intake has been good.  My back is hurting more– I guess as a reminder I really need to lose weight. I’m still trying to talk myself into exercising. I may give up on running.  I’ve given up on the Couch to 5K at least 2-3 times.  I’m thinking maybe I don’t like to run.
