I got it this past Friday.  I haven’t used it yet.  I have set it and it looks like it works.  We shall see when I finally exercise.  Still trying to make sure I’m posting my menus.  I decided to post what I plan to eat then edit it.  Once I do that I will copy & paste it into my food log here.  Well I am finally done with all my LC meals.  I will no longer buy LC, Smart Ones, or Healthy Choice meals.  I think SB are okay and definately Kashi meals are okay.  Otherwise I will be making my lunch for work.  Salads, sandwiches, leftovers.  Gotta go get ready for work.
