Obviously I have lost my mind.  I put back on a lot of weight since Thanksgiving.  Its a new year and this is the one for me.  I’ve been thinking a lot and trying to figure out what I need to do differently.  One thing is I need to blog everyday rather than sporadically.  Second, I need to record my weight on a weekly basis regardless if it is a gain or loss.  I need to stick to WW Flex.  Drink 72 oz of water every day…and the one I dread…work exercise back into my day.
