5 to go.  I can’t believe I have stayed with the C25K this long.  I don’t like to challenge myself and this program is definitely challenging.  As usual I can’t eat right and exercise at the same time so my eating is out of wack.  I will most likely post a gain this week.  TOM should be here any day now so that doesn’t help either.  I will begin doing Pilates on Sundays starting tomorrow.  I will rotate my way through the Winsor Pilates dvds that I have.  I’m planning to reward myself with a purse once I lose 20lbs so I will start looking now to help motivate me.
