Week 1 of Couch to 5K done.  Only 8 more weeks to go.  It was a great week.  I look forward to starting Week 2 on Tuesday.  You know what maybe I will run Monday, Thursday, and Saturday this week that way I can run during the day rather than the evening.  I just might do that for this week and go back to Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday next week.  I really don’t expect to see a change on the scale this week.  I’m hoping for a good weigh in next week.

I’ve started taking pictures for my scrapbook.  So now I have a full shot of me, a picture of my shoes, and a picture of my treadmill.  I will get BF to take a picture of me in my running gear too.  I’m still on the fence trying to decide if I will take scale pictures too.  Maybe I will…with scrapbooking you usually have more than you need then decide what you want to use.
