This was the 2nd time I exercised this week.  This is the first time that I have done this in awhile.  The program is going well at this point.  I will get to exercise on Saturday and Thursday morning.  My preference is to exercise in the morning but that is not always an option. I saw an add in the paper for a new yoga studio that I want to look into for December.  I want to add yoga and/or pilates to my routine in December.  In January I will add weight training.  Towards the end of this month I will start thinking about an exercise schedule.  I will make a page for that on the blog also.
