Halloween is here!  I missed my goal by 5 pounds but I’m really okay with that.  I am really proud of that.  Since I started here on 3FC I’ve lost 17 lbs.  Onto the next goal, Thanksgiving.  I want to be 211 by then.  I know I can do it.
