I love the 3FC website.  Everyone is always supportive.  People answer your questions and you can tell they really thought about the answers.  3FC and the ability to do this blog have been really helpful.  I am a big believer in not “reiventing the wheel” meaning if someone is doing it or has done it ,I will ask. If someone has it or had it, I will ask.  It is easy to do that on 3FC.  I tell everyone about it.  They laugh when I say 3 fat chicks but it is important to me. 

I recently went on and asked questions about running and got a lot of great input.  On cool running I only got why wait to run? Instead of great this will be so beneficial etc.  I think I may just record my stats there.  I’m still debating that because I can do that here.  I will see.  I really feel I can do this even at this weight and height.  My sportsbra has shipped so it should be here this week.  Here’s hoping it is the “one”.
