Between work today and other things I really need to center.  I weighed in yesterday.  I was down 2 pounds.  At least I’m on the way down.  I am really working on consistency and spending my points better this week.  I’ve had two trainers in my lifetime.  One I loved and then our schedules starting conflicting and I couldn’t fit her in.  I don’t think she trains anymore.  The other I hated at first then grew to like then he wanted to give me to someone else so I hated him again…anyways all this to say my first trainer got me running…oops I meant jogging and I think I want to give it a try again.  I prefer jogging outdoors rather indoors but I may try that C25K on my treadmill.  Or look into the roadrunners club in this area who help train you but I want to make sure it is for the joy of running/jogging vs competitions and marathons.
