I can not believe that my vacation is nearly over. I’m back at work on Monday. I love my job. I just have soooooooo much to do. Having two weeks off doesn’t help either. On to weight loss. I am weighing in on Monday. I will have a loss but not as big as I would like because last night and today wasn’t the best. Thats okay I’m getting my water in and I will exercise before the night is up. Stability ball with weights. I will do lower body. Some lunges, squats, leg lifts. I haven’t fully thought it through yet. Alot of good college football on today. I watched the GATORS win big so now I’m watching another SEC game.

Hello, how long have you been using your elilitical machine and how long do you think before you seen any difference?
How long do you actually have to be using it for minute wise for it to take effect?

I was actually using the elliptical at my friend’s house. I own one but I don’t use it because it is a manual one. Any cardio shows quick results for me within 2-3 weeks. I think 15 minutes and up works great. Intervals work well too. For example 10 minutes of elliptical, 10 minutes of weights, 10 minutes of elliptical, etc. Thanks for the compliment on my blog!
