I can not believe that my vacation is nearly over.  I’m back at work on Monday.  I love my job.   I just have soooooooo much to do.  Having two weeks off doesn’t help either.  On to weight loss.  I am weighing in on Monday.  I will have a loss but not as big as I would like because last night and today wasn’t the best.  Thats okay I’m getting my water in and I will exercise before the night is up.  Stability ball with weights.  I will do lower body.  Some lunges, squats, leg lifts.  I haven’t fully thought it through yet.  Alot of good college football on today.  I watched the GATORS win big so now I’m watching another SEC game.
