I didn’t give myself full credit.  I have been doing well for 5 days straight.  I didn’t get the exercise in.  I fell asleep.  I can’t wait to do my official weigh in on Monday.  It will be a good one.  I’m a morning exerciser so I need to go ahead and exercise in the morning instead of letting the day go by and try it.  I think today is the day.  I will exercise before 10am.  Next week when I go back to work I will see how often we actually walk and adjust from there.  I don’t plan to exercise before I go to work and walk at work.  That’s how I burn myself out.
